Anita Fus Anita Fus, loving mother and grandmother, died peacefully on June 28, 2018. She was 93 years old. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, July 15, at the Cranford United Methodist Church, 201 Lincoln Ave. East, where a Celebration of her Life will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will be held privately by the family. Anita was a resident of Cranford, N.J., for over 50 years, where she raised her five children. She worked as a legal secretary in Elizabeth, N.J., well into her 70's. Anita's devotion to her family was central to her life. She was Mom to everyone! Anita is survived by her son, Walter Fus and his wife, Carol; daughter, Catherine Godes and her late husband, Herman; son, Robert Fus and his wife, Maureen; daughter, Patricia Vidakovic and her husband, Milan; and son-in- law, Richard Kopanda. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Margaret Kopanda. Anita was a devoted grandmother to Michael Fus, Mark Kopanda and his wife, Megan, Kristen Kopanda, Michelle, Erica and Daniel Fus, Nina and Anna Vidakovic, and great-grandmother to Luke, Sadie and Lily Kopanda.
