CLAUDIA RATHBONE  
Teacher, Loving Wife,  Mother, and Grandparent  Claudia Rathbone, 80, a lifelong Washingtonian, died of dementia on July 2, 2018. Claudia received a master's degree from the School of Education at the University of Maryland and taught students in elementary school as well as students with special education needs. In addition to being Honored Queen of Job's Daughters Bethel No. 4, and a member of many educational organizations, Claudia also volunteered for the Y-Me breast cancer organization. She enjoyed playing bridge, ballroom dancing, and spending time with family and friends.She is survived by her husband Stanley Sirotkin, two children Britt Rathbone (Susan), Laura Mestre (Ruben), four grandchildren, her sister Christine O'Brien (James) a niece and nephew, two uncles, and many cousins.There will be no service.
