On July 1, 2018 of Washington, DC. Wife of the late Richard T. Stout. Loving mother of Richard and David Stout, Rebecca Klein and Sally McLain. Beloved sister of Florence Jessup.Also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
