Charles Edward Davies Real estate broker and appraiser, founded business school, 82 Charles Edward "Chuck" Davies, 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on June 28, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Sunday, from 2 to 6 p.m., in the Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Ave., Roseland, N.J. 07068. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Aloysius Church, Caldwell, N.J. Cremation services will be held privately. Condolences and memories may be shared at farmerfuneral.com. Born Feb. 4, 1936, in Rutherford, N.J., to Edward Charles Davies and Jeanette (Debergh) Davies, he is survived by his sister, Marilyn (Davies) Dean. He married Marie Pellegrino in 1959, and just celebrated 59 years of marriage. Chuck and Marie have four children, Donna Brandt, Debi Rella, Edward Davies, and Danielle Sadighi, with sons-in-law, Kaz Sadighi, John Brandt, and the late John Rella, and daughter in-law, Thea Davies. They proudly have nine grandchildren, Alexandra and her husband, John, Taylor, Alecia, Brooke, Carlie, Steven, Erika, Lindsey, and Natalie, and two great-grandchildren, Santino and Francesca Della Terza. Chuck served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was the founder and owner of the American School of Business and The Real Estate store in Fairfield, N.J., since 1983. He was a licensed real estate broker and certified general real estate appraiser since 1973. Chuck was a member on many boards and associations throughout New Jersey.
