Adeline M. Kramer (nee Mason), age 89, of Oak Lawn, IL passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Beloved mother of the late William Kramer; loving grandmother of Kristina Kramer; dear Aunt of Joseph, Frank, William, Thomas and the late Cathy Mason. Adeline was an Elder of the Oak Lawn Community Church, Editor of the church newsletter, published Poet, director of the telephone prayer line, Advocate Hospice volunteer and a retired CNA supervisor.
