Ann Guerra, 83, a retired surgical nurse of Las Vegas and Chicago passed away peacefully June 26, 2018. She was born July 19, 1934 in Ukraine. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gina; and sister-in-law, Mary Rogachuk. Annie is survived by her granddaughter, Katie Ehrlich; grandson, Cal Ormanovich; brother, Ted Rogachuk; nieces, Kathy Borchardt (Mike), Anna Bryant (Chris), and Lisa Oakland (Steve); nephew, Ted Rogachuk (Suzanne); and her dear friend, Donna Berg. A memorial service will be forthcoming in the Chicagoland area.
