Antonio Ciufo Warren family man and landscaper, made wine and raised bees, 81 Antonio Ciufo, 81, of Warren, N.J., passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018, at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, N.J. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, N.J. 07069. A gathering will take place on Friday, at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel in Warren. Born in Minturno, Italy, Antonio moved to the U.S. in his early 20s, residing in Warren for the last 54 years. Antonio was a self-employed landscaper for many years and a member of the Warren Elks Club. He enjoyed gardening, making wine, and raising bees and making honey. Antonio's greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his four grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, Rosalie Ciufo, in 2014, he is survived by his daughters, Kathy Ciufo and Lisa Conte and her husband, Louis, and his grandchildren, Edward, Antonio, Nicholas, and Elizabeth Conte.
