Alfred Anthony DeLuca Retired Newark executive Alfred Anthony DeLuca passed away on May 19, 2018, at the Manor in Freehold, N.J. The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave., Union, N.J., on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Alfred was vice president in charge of production at Shiman Industries in Newark, N.J.. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Sena); father of Robert DeLuca and his wife, Sharon, Alfred DeLuca, M.D. and his wife, Linda, and Pamela DeLuca, M.D. and her husband, Barry Sullivan; brother of the late Jerome, Russell, and Carmine. He also leaves eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
