Alfred Bircsak Longtime tool and die maker, of South Orange, 85 Alfred Bircsak, 85, of South Orange, N.J., passed away at St. Barnabas Medical Center on May 8, 2018. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, on Saturday, May 12, at 9:30 a.m. Interment is at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, N.J., on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Born in Newark, N.J., Alfred lived in South Orange for the past 55 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958. Alfred was a tool and die maker and worked for Liberty Mold and Duplicating in Springfield, N.J., for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Spiotta Bircsak; children, John A. Bircsak (Karen), Lynn M. Bircsak (Frank Bakka), and Janet L. FioRito (Al), and grandchildren, Alex, Samantha, and Christina Bircsak.
