May 10, 1933 - April 6, 2018 Gladys Simon Boye, "aka Sunshine," passed away in Gardena, CA, on April 6, 2018, at the age of 84. She was born in Plaquemine, Louisiana, and lived in California throughout her adult life. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 25 years. She married Issac Asberry Sr. (who preceded her in death) immediately after high school and the union produced 5 children. She later married Seth Adu Boye. She will forever remain in the hearts of her family.
