Christine "Tina" CarlsonDec. 27, 1947 - Feb. 27, 2018Tina Carlson passed away peacefully on February 27, 2018 after a brief battle with cancer.

Tina was born in Alameda, CA and was raised in San Lorenzo. Following her graduation from Arroyo High School, Tina began her career with the United States Government. Tina held many positions for the Department of Defense. In 2003, Tina retired after 35 years of service, where she received many awards and accolades.

Tina spent most of her well-deserved retirement in Rio Vista, CA. She enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Tina is survived by her remaining eight siblings, as well as many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 19, 2018, 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish, 264 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA.
