Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. He is survived by his wife. Frances Palmer; 12 children, Alphonso, III, Wayne, Steve, Quinn, Carlene, Charlene, Monica, Emanuel, Curtis, Cyrus, Ernest and Tamika; sister, Odessa; brother, Oliver; and a host of grand, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
