- died suddenly at Northern General Hospital in Sheffield on 9th December 2017 aged 83. Loved and missed by his partner Joan, family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving for his life will be held on Tuesday 9th January at Saint John the Evangelist, Abbeydale, Abbeydale Road South, Sheffield, S17 3LE at 2.45 p.m. No flowers please.
