Ian Day Adams MBE, aged 94, died on 5th august 2017 peacefully in the Stroke Unit at King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London, following a short illness. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. A Cremation will be held on Tuesday 29th August 2017 at West Norwood Crematorium at 2.45 p.m. All enquiries should be directed to Ashton Funeral Service on 020 7735 1926.
