January 15, 1933 - January 11, 2018 The president of Interior Architects Collaborative (IAC), Alan lived for art and design. A graduate of Pratt Institute, Alan served as president of Institute of Business Designers (IBD) and President of the board of the deCordova Museum. Alan shared his passion for the creative and innovative with his family and friends. Alan is survived by his sons David, Gregory, and Christopher, daughter Mary, and his adored grandchildren Molly, Alicia, and Jared. There will be memorial events in Los Angeles, and Concord, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Alan's memory to Amnesty International.
