She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Ms. Hursey will lie in state at the Victory Christian Ministries International, 3911 St. Barnabas Rd., Suitland, MD, Monday, January 8 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
