Eleanor Y. Mangrum Services are tomorrow Eleanor Y. Mangrum, 76, of East Orange, N.J., made her transition on Dec. 24, 2017. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 2, from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 144 Norman St., East Orange, followed by the funeral service. Interment will be at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield, N.J.
