Adrienne Golub, born October 15, 1939, died December 16, 2017, in Houston, Texas. A graduate of Brooklyn College, she earned an M.A. in Art History from the University of South Florida, followed by a successful career as a journalist and art critic. Predeceased by her parents, Rose and Herman Eastman, her husband of 53 years, Ralph Golub, and her sister, Caryl Silver, she is survived by three children, Jennifer, Andrew (and wife, Stefani), and Rebecca; granddaughters Danielle and Hannah; brother Philip Eastman (and wife, Jean); and many other loving family members. A memorial service and burial will be held at the Congregation Beth Israel Memorial Gardens, 1101 Antoine, on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Rabbi David Lyon will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mrs. Golub's memory to Jewish Family Service of Houston's Celebration Company (http://www.celebrationcompany.org/).
