On Sunday, December 3, 2017, Albert Zevin of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved husband of the late Bonnie Zevin; devoted father of Ellen (the late Jules) Gordon, Susan (the late Darrell Abernethy) Zevin and the late David Zevin; beloved brother of Molly (the late Arthur) Schwartz; cherished grandfather of Shana (William) Godfrey, Michael (Gena) Gordon and Martha (Michael) Schmidt; great-grandfather of Samantha, Casey, Jacob, Spencer, Meyer and Hazel. Graveside services and interment will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, 12 noon at King David Memorial Garden, Falls Church, VA. Family will observe Shiva at the residence of Ellen Gordon on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and at the residence of Susan Zevin, Sunday and Monday at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Coast Guard Foundation.
