Daughter of the late Dr. Frederick and Beatrice Frutchey; sister of Robert (Gwen) and Donald Frutchey; aunt of Robin Boggess, Debra Penn, Donald Frutchey, Jr., Michael Frutchey and David Frutchey. A funeral service will be held at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Drive, Alexandria, VA on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment National Memorial Park.
