Jacobson 89 formerly of Park Ridge passed away surrounded by her family on March 29; beloved wife of the late Lowell ; cherished mother of Craig (Jane) Gail (the late Keith) Pascus and Nancy (James) Chrystal; devoted grandmother of Stephanie (Daniel Ong) Jacobson Christine Jacobson Brian Andrew and Hayley Pascus Kelly Chrystal James (Jennifer) Chrystal Kathryn (Oscar) Maitas and Jacob and Kiernan Chrystal; dear great grandmother of Leonardo and Oliver Maitas; loving companion of the late James Atkinson. A celebration of life will be held at 11am Saturday May 26 2018 at Park Ridge Community Church 100 S. Courtland Ave. Park Ridge IL 60068. Interment will be private.
