Peacefully on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Walter Reed Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. He is survived by his devoted companion, Patricia McLaughlin of Mitchellville, MD; two daughters, two sisters, one aunt, one brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 31 from 11 a.m. until time of service, 12 Noon at Peoples Community Church, 653 11th St., NE. Interment Quantico National Cemetery, Monday, April 2 at 12 Noon.
