Amy Elizabeth Norton Former New Jersey resident Amy Elizabeth (Schweizer) Norton of Pittsford, N.Y., formerly of East Brunswick, N.J., passed away peacefully on March 20, 2018, at the age of 48, after five years of living with Alzheimer's disease. Born on Sept. 16, 1969, in New Brunswick, N.J., Amy was a graduate of East Brunswick High School and the University of Dayton. Amy cherished her children, Megan and Justin, and took tremendous joy being called Mom. Along with her children, Amy is survived by her husband of 23 years, Brian; father, Carl Schweizer; sister, Kristin Schweizer, as well as her in- laws, MaryAnn and Edward Norton, Kathleen Brandl and Sean (Heather) Norton. She was predeceased by her mother, JoAnn Merli Schweizer. Friends may call Friday, March 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Anthony Funeral Chapel, 2305 Monroe Ave., Rochester, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 10 a.m. at St. John of Rochester Church, 10 Wickford Way, Fairport, N.Y.
