Anita L. Billingsley
1934-2017
Daughter of E. Leroy Northcutt and Vesta S. Northcutt, Anita was born December 26, 1934 in Marietta, OK. She passed away Sept. 19, 2017, and was laid to rest in a private service. She married her childhood sweetheart Donald R. Billingsley, and they had a wonderful life together living internationally and traveling the world. Anita was always kind and generous, and in her spirit, her family asks that donations in her memory be made to Alzheimer's organizations and those in need. She is survived by her daughter Melisa B. Herring and husband Fred, daughter Deborah B. Lichtenberg and husband Alan, grandson Chase, and brother Donald W. Northcutt and wife Linda.
