A lifelong resident of Alexandria peacefully transitioned to his eternal rest on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Justine; their children: Anthony, Kim, Krista (Bill), and Kevin (Melissa); seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren and a host of relatives, former students and friends. The visitation and viewing will take place on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Roberts Memorial United Methodist Church, 606 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, Virginia from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. Interment: Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
