Price's family moved to Atwater when he was two. Price attended Roosevelt Jr. High and Hoover High where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife, Betty Jane Hansen. After graduation he attended Glendale College. In 1942 he and Betty married. He, his brothers Bud and Richard (Cy) all enlisted in the military. After the war he and Bud started their long and successful careers in real estate when they opened their small office on the corner of Dixon St. and Verdugo Rd. Price remained active in the business until the 1990s. He was a past president of the Glendale Northwest Lions Club and was a member of the Glendale Board of Realtors. He is survived by his five children, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. His son Martin and (Gay) MacNair in Ventura; son Ronald and (Nancy) MacNair in Montrose; daughter Kristine and (Richard) Strohl in Cave Junction, Oregon; son Gary MacNair in Glendale; and daughter Betty and (Richard) Orzalli in Camarillo. A Celebration of Life will be held at DeBell Golf Course, 1500 E. Walnut Ave., Burbank, CA 91501 on October 29, 2017, from 12 to 4 pm.
