Alisha N. Anderson Services are Monday Alisha Nicole Anderson (a.k.a. Flyisha), 32, of Elizabeth, N.J., departed this life on Sept. 16, 2017. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m., at the Second Presbyterian Church Chapel, 1161 East Jersey St., Elizabeth. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of services. Arrangements are in the loving care of the Nesbitt Funeral Home, 165 Madison Ave., Elizabeth. Alisha was a lifelong resident of Elizabeth, the daughter of Jerome Anderson and the late Rhonda Ann Anderson. Alisha was employed by Trinitas Regional Medical Center for many years. Her most recent employer was Summit Medical Group. Alisha took pride in her job, and recently received a promotion from the call center to the workmen's compensation department, as a MVA/WC care coordinator. Alisha is survived by her father, Jerome Anderson; paternal grandmother, Ruby Sutton; maternal uncle, Lavan Timmons; paternal uncle, James Sutton; her brother, Nathan, and sister, Jasmine; two special cousins, Howard Timmons and Courtney Greene; her dear companion, Daniel Vega; her extended family "The Jones/Cook Family," and a host of other relatives and friends.
