November 10, 1926 - September 3, 2017 Dale Kass, of Beverly Hills, CA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She had struggled with cancer for the past 15 months. Dale was born in Chicago, IL, to Nathan and Katie Rosenfeld and grew up in Albany Park, IL. She was very proud of her affiliation with Von Steuben High School. She attended LACC and UCLA, and worked as a secretary, office manager and piano teacher. She was happily married to her beloved husband, Dr. Howard Kass for 70 years. She enjoyed opera, classical music, travel and played tennis until she was 87 years old. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was very active in Hadassah and Opera Associates. Dale is survived by her husband, Howard; her children Ron (Louise), Phil (Nina), Cheryl (John) and Laurie; and her grandchildren Elisa, Noah, David (Jennifer), Michael, Jonathan (Chris), Kevin, Ryan and Alexandra. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 6, at 10:00 a.m. at Mount Sinai, Hollywood Hills.
