Aldona Dubicki Beloved mother and sister with roots in Poland, 95 Aldona Dubicki, 95, passed away on Monday, Aug. 28, 2017. Visitation was held Thursday, Aug. 31, and continues Friday, Sept. 1, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick, N.J. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Sept. 2, at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 146 Irvine Turner Blvd., Newark, N.J. Burial will be Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 12 noon at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Dolyestown, Pa., followed by lunch and reception. Born in Poland, Aldona, with her family, arrived in the U.S. in 1950, as a Polish refugee from World War II forced labor in Germany. She and her family then resided in Newark, Bloomfield, and Old Bridge, N.J. Aldona retired from the Westinghouse Corporation's Lamp Division in Bloomfield, N.J., where she worked as an assembly line worker and instructor. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Piotr Dubicki, who passed away in 1989, and her first born son, Zbigniew. Aldona leaves her children, Gene and Mary Anne Dubicki, and her siblings, Helena Golszewski, Marian Kowalewski, and Zenon Kowalewski.
