Augusta Burke Mass is Tuesday in Cranford Augusta Burke, 98, passed away at her home on Aug. 15, 2017, in the loving care of her sons, Richard and Daniel. Friends are invited to visit from 5 to 7 p.m., on Monday at the Dooley Funeral Home, 218 North Ave. West in Cranford, N.J. Mass of Christian Burial is at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael's Church, 40 Alden St., Cranford. Interment is in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, N.J. James, her husband in lifelong marriage, predeceased Augusta. She is survived by another son, Dennis; two grandchildren, David and Sara, and three great-grandchildren, Colette Ann (age four), Georgia Rae (nine months), and Ellis Patrick (seven months), all of whom reside in California.
