KETCHAM, ALFRED S. M.D., 92, former Chief of Surgical Oncology at the University of Miami and previous Chief of Surgery at the National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD, passed away on July 17, 2017. He is predeceased by his wife, Jane and son, Jeff. He is survived by his daughters, Sue Mehok, Wendy Ketcham, Sally Ketcham, Jill Simpson (Rick) and Dana Ketcham (Ed); daughter-in-law, Lynn Ketcham, 10 grand-children and 11 great grand-children.
