Araceli 'Sally' Schenkman RN at Morristown Medical Center, Randolph wife and mother, 55 Araceli "Sally" Schenkman, 55, of Randolph, N.J., passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, N.J. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, from 4 to 5 p.m. with a visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Rt. 10 West, Randolph (tuttlefh.com). Sally was born in Cebu, Philippines, and was a resident of Pittsburgh and Connecticut before residing in Randolph. She loved being a registered nurse for 33 years. Sally began her career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where she met her husband, Joshua. She later worked for Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. For the past 18 years, she compassionately cared for thousands of patients while working for Morristown Medical Center. Sally enjoyed outdoor activities, especially hiking. She swam every day at the Randolph YMCA. Sally was best known for her bright smile and ability to touch the lives of others. She held her family close to her heart and she was so proud of her two children. Sally's philanthropic nature lives on through organ and tissue donation. Remembering Sally are her husband, Joshua, of 29 years; son Jacob; daughter Hanna; brother Jerry; her in-laws, Beverlee and Joel Schenkman, and many other loving family members and friends.
