BOLOGNA Ciro Bologna 75, of Marathon, FL passed away on Saturday May 13, 2017 at Fishermen's Hospital in Marathon, FL. He was born in Italy on September 29, 1941 to the late Simone and Francesca Trupiano Bologna. Ciro and his family have owned and operated Island Auto repair in Marathon for 35 years. He will always be remembered as a hard working man, who loved his family. His family was the center of his life. Surviving is his wife Pietronilla Bologna; son Simone Bologna; daughters Francesca and Gaetana Bologna all of Marathon, FL.; seven grandchildren Dimitri, Patricia, Selena, Giuseppe, Sarah, Giulia, Ciro; sisters Marie Tocco of Michigan and Connie Silvaggo of Las Vegas. Preceded in death by his parents. A funeral mass was held on Friday May 19, 2017 at the St. Peter Catholic Church in Big Pine Key, FL. Burial in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Big Pine Key. The Dean-Lopez Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
