1953-2017
Antonio (Tony) G. Lopez Jr. of Houston, TX, died peacefully in his sleep May, 3, 2017. He is survived by his son, Tony H. Lopez III of Katy, TX; his sisters, Olivia Nieto (Esteban), Ophelia Banzaca, Maria Velma DeLeon of Corpus Christi, TX; and his brothers, Roy Lopez, Richard Lopez also of Corpus Christi, TX and James Henry Lopez of Houston, TX. He is preceded in death by his wife, Diana Herrera Lopez, Mother, Angelita G. Lopez and Father, Antonio T. Lopez. Tony was born in Corpus Christi, TX on January 30, 1953; He spent his early years in Corpus Christi, TX; graduating from W.B. Ray High School and was a Houston area resident for over 40+ years. He will be greatly missed by both his family and friends for the love, loyalty and for taking care of everyone around him.
At Tony's request, he will be cremated with a Memorial Service held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 3210 S. Padre Island Dr. in Corpus Christi, TX. 78415.
