Allen Dupree McAshan, Jr., 86, of Houston died Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Houston, TX.
Mr. McAshan was born April 21, 1931 to Anne Wohleb McAshan and Allen Dupree McAshan, Sr. in Houston, TX. He is survived by his wife, L. Jeannette Worrall McAshan; two sons, Allen Dupree McAshan, III, James Dennis McAshan. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevan Duncan McAshan.
Family and friends are invited to a military graveside service on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 9:00 am at Glenwood Cemetery, 2525 Washington Avenue, Houston, TX 77007. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, 12535 Perthshire Road, Houston, TX 77024, with a reception to follow at the church.
