SIMPKINS Anne died peacefully at her home in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia on April 25, 2017. She was born in New York, New York on November 21, 1922. Anne cherished her family, friends, and the life she made with Ed McCarty, their cats and their beloved Malinois, Allai. Anne will be missed by all who loved her and who had the opportunity to share her adventurous spirit. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Iona Volunteer Fire Department in Nova Scotia.
