Agnes M. Christie Formerly of Maplewood, 91 Agnes Marion Christie of Lakewood, N.J., passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at the age of 91. Agnes was predeceased by her loving husband, Alexander, and her sons, Alexander III and Robert. "Al" and "Aggie" raised their family in Maplewood, N.J., before retiring at the Jersey Shore. Agnes is survived by her daughter, Dianne Klige; son, Gary and wife Patricia; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, April 30, from 2 to 4 p.m., with funeral services at 4 p.m., at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Rd., Toms River, silvertonmemorial.com.
