Annette Jean Kellersberger Baker

Faleceu

Glen said, "Ann died".
Annette Jean Kellersberger Baker was born June 26, 1929 to Siegfried and Elsie Kellersberger in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduating from South High she married the love of her life, Glen LeRoy Baker, on October 22, 1948. Together they had five children: Roger (Kristie), Jackie, Bonnie (Kerry), Judy (Blair), and Charley (Jeanne). Glen and Ann spent many happy hours dancing through life together.
Ann worked her entire life, beginning at an early age and working as many as three jobs at one time. Her most notable employers included Keith O'Brian, Coon Chicken Inn, JC Penney, Harmon's KFC, Fernwood's, and ZCMI from where she retired.
Ann loved to travel and had varied interests including singing, reading, crafting, crocheting, and spending many hours with her family in her home and at the cabin. She supported her children and grandchildren in their scouting, sports, music, dancing, and other endeavors. In her later years, she found genuine joy and satisfaction in hearing about interests, accomplishments and achievements of her grandkids and great-grandkids. Most of all, she loved their hugs whenever they visited.
Ann spent much of her time giving service to others. She was well known for her service in caring for her "little old ladies". She also enjoyed her service in Relief Society, Young Women, and Primary, as well as being an active member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Though short of stature, she walked so fast through life it was hard to keep up with her example of service.
Anne passed away from this earth at her home in the early hours of April 18, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister, and triplet great-grandsons. She is survived by her children, 16 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street in Murray. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 24th at 1:00 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
The family would like to express our thanks to Dianna Brown, Millcreek Hospice - particularly Bryanna, Teresa, Katy, and Suzie. We also thank Ann's care givers - Teresa Vetter and Megan McGregor. We express deep gratitude for the watchful care by RB and Catherine Green of our Mom and Dad over the years.
