Addy Lowe Augustyniak Officer and loyal advocate for Denville Women's Club, retired from East Orange DPW Addy Lowe Augustyniak of Rockaway, N.J., passed away suddenly on Feb. 22, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Friends and relatives may visit on Monday, Feb. 27, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville, N.J. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 90 Church St., Rockaway. Addy was the beloved wife of Paul Augustyniak. Raised in West Orange, N.J., she attended Our Lady of Lourdes School before moving to East Orange, where she graduated from Clifford J Scott High School. Addy was employed for 33 years by the City of East Orange in the Department of Public Works before retiring in 2003. She later worked for the Shepherds of Youth, Florham Park, N.J., and The Citizen newspaper. She was a member, past officer, volunteer and staunch supporter of the Denville Women's Club and its mission for many years. Addy is survived by her stepdaughter, Amy Augustyniak; her brother, Terence Lowe and his wife, Mercedes; her sister, Kathleen Ries, and many cherished nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Margaret (Blessing) Lowe, and her brother, John Lowe.
