On Monday, February 20, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Duvall Brand; father of Michael J. Brand, Steven W. Brand, Susan M. Kropp, Mariann B. Miller and Thomas E. Brand; brother of Mary Catherine McLaughlin and the late Charlotte Kleb, Margaret Ward and Edward Brand. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
