HOLLENDER--Alex, died on January 12, 2017 at the age of 93. Beloved father of Jane (Terrence) Leingang, Beth (Gabe) Milton, Wendy Hollender, and Herb (Meg). Loving grandfather of Sarah, Abby, Jessie, Andrew, Julia, Gregory, Lauren, Russell and Emily. Adoring great-grandfather of Leo. Predeceased by his loving wife Selma. He also leaves his companion, Jeanette. Al was the original Texas Jew boy. He was a decorated Navy Lieutenant serving in WWII in both the European and Pacific theaters. He went on to become an esteemed CPA and tax lawyer representing many famous photographers. In his personal life, he was first and foremost devoted to his family. He loved a good joke, a challenging bridge game, a round of golf and a twirl on the dance floor. He will always be in our hearts.
