BIBBY, Alice Anne Following a long battle with Alzheimers, Alice Anne Bibby passed away December 26, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert C. (Ted) Bibby and her granddaughter, Clare Sinnett. She is survived by her children, Kathleen Britt, Elisabeth Sinnett (Mark), Pete Bibby (Kim), Robert Bibby (Annette) and Bruce Bibby; grandchildren, Blake Bibby, Grant Bibby (Rachel), Andrew Bibby (Laura), Reid Bibby and Luke Bibby; great grandchild, Ted Bibby; brother, Barton Wallace and sister, Martha French. Alice Anne was born in Dallas, Texas, in 1927, to Trudie and Barton Wallace. She attended Texas Womens College, the University of Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA degree in Art. She was an accomplished artist, an athlete, a longtime member of Highland Park Presbyterian and Park Cities Presbyterian churches, a gardener and a loving mother. Alice Anne was a kind and gracious woman who suffered a cruel disease with patience and courage. A memorial service will be held on January 2, 2017, at 1pm, at the Park Cities Presbyterian Church, 4124 Oak Lawn Avenue, Dallas, Texas.
