Anna M. Mandala Beloved mother and grandmother, 79 Anna M. Mandala (nee Melillo), formerly of Newark, N.J., and Bloomfield, N.J., passed away suddenly at the St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2016. She was 79 years old. The visitation will take place at the LaMonica Memorial Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, on Monday, Dec. 19, from 5 to 9 p.m. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, Dec. 20, at Our Lady of the Holy Angels Church in Little Falls, N.J., at 11:30 a.m., followed by the entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, N.J. Anna worked as the insurance verification coordinator for the NJ Imaging Network in Clifton, N.J., for 25 years, retiring in 2013. She was predeceased by her parents, Sabina and Rocco Melillo; brothers, Rocco and Frank Melillo, and a sister, Columbia Vittoria. Anna is survived by her loving children, Rocco Mandala and Frank Mandala Jr.; twin brother, Peter Melillo, and cherished grandchildren, Tessa, Mark, Adam, and Ava Mandala.
