MOONEY--Aidan.

While our longtime dear friend, colleague and advisor Aidan Mooney--who not only pushed so many boundaries and unconventional ideas and forced us to do the same--has left us, his spirit will always remain for us to think and act boldly. We will miss Aidan's passionate discussions ranging from the arts to politics and beyond, his love of flowers, and his wonderful tile and carpentry work. We will miss his style, his hat, his laughter, his combativeness, his caring and his gritty fierceness to defend what he believed. The dancers' friend--he always rooted for them. They knew they had a friend when they heard his distinctive bravo from the audience.
