ANDERSON, Anne L. 8/19/1934 TO 11/11/2016 Anne Landstrom Anderson, 82, died peacefully on November 11, 2016 at the Plaza at Edgemere in Dallas, Texas after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. Anne was born August 19, 1934 in Rockford, Illinois. She was the daughter of the late Edgar O. Landstrom and Annette Badgely Landstrom. Anne received an Associates Degree from Stephens College in Columbia Missouri. She then attended University of Arizona and was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. In 1955 she married the love of her life, Glenn Crawford Anderson, also a Rockford resident. They moved to Northbrook, Illinois 1959. Anne worked in interior design at Colby's Home Furnishings in Northbrook for several years. In 1985 she and Glenn moved to Dallas where Glenn continued his tenure with the Morton Salt Corporation. This is where Anne blossomed. She volunteered for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra (DSO) where she served as a docent and then became Chairman of the DSO Scroll Society. Anne is survived by her husband, Glenn Crawford Anderson and their 3 children, Linda (Kenneth) Clawson, Michael (Joanna) Anderson, and Susan Anderson. Anne was blessed with four grandchildren, William, Alex, Thomas and Millicent. A private memorial will be held with family.
