Ann Lasiewski Longtime Kearny resident Ann Lasiewski 95, of Kearny, N.J., died on Dec. 2, 2016. Visiting will be on Monday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at The Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr., Kearny, N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial will be officiated on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia's Church, Kearny. Interment is at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, N.J. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. , Ann lived most of her life in Kearny. She worked in The medical records department at West Hudson Hospital in Kearny for over 20 years. After her retirement, she was an assistant at Dr. Fuerstman's office in Kearny. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Lasiewski; mother of the late Barbara Oxx; mother-in-law of the late Jerry Oxx; grandmother of James Jr. (Pammy), Susan (Sean Michael), and Jeffrey (Michelle); great-grandmother of Nicole, Samantha, Brian, Sean, Jimmy, Sara, Jennifer, Kaitlyn, Madison and Andrew. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Special Olympics of New Jersey would be appreciated.
