Passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016. Beloved of the late Willie O. Kelley and daughter of the late Arthur Kelly and Maggie Barton-Kelly; loving mother of Oscar, Willie A., Archie, David, and Sharon; dear sister of Vernon Kelly. Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life will be held at Bibleway Temple, 1100 New Jersey Ave., NW, on Monday, December 5.
