Albert Jesperson Jr. Navy veteran of WWII, 90 Albert P. Jesperson Jr., a World War II Navy veteran originally from Union, N.J., passed away peacefully on Nov. 23, 2016, in Laguna Woods, Calif., at the age of 90. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Patricia; his four children, JoAnn, Rick, John, and Janet J. Helms (George), and his grandchildren, Tim Griffin (Katie and great-grandson, Luke), Dave Griffin (Kristen), Erik Jesperson (Kristen), Alex Jesperson, and Cameron Jesperson. The family honored his wish that his body be donated to UCLA for medical research. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made in his name to the at alz.org.
