Lt. Col. James Barney died peacefully on 28th March 2020 aged 90. Much loved husband of Caroline and dearly loved and wonderful father to Miranda and James and grandfather to Eliza and Evie. A private funeral will be held with Service of Thanksgiving to follow later.
