John Buck of Fairview, N.C., (formerly Bukowski) passed away peacefully in the presence of his family on March 27, 2020, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
John is survived by his wife, Linda (nee Fleming); his son, John; his daughter and son-in-law, Shelby and Jason Snuggs, and their children Oaklyn and Hank. John and Linda started their lives together 35 years ago in Fort Pierce, Fla. John was a loving husband and father.
A quarterback on his high school football team and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, he was a hard-working owner of several construction businesses. He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Juzefyk, and his brothers and sisters, Steve, Ron, JoAnn, Julie, and Michael Jason. John was predeceased by his brother, Peter.
A memorial in celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
